Help with date on this suit......Please!

Hi All,

What do you think, 40s oe 50s. Somehow I still have trouble with the two eras. This is by Nat Kaplan for Saks Fifth Avenue of a silk shantung. Very nice quality, dress and jacket!

Candy, I would say 50s with the longer pencil skirt and the 3/4 length sleeves.

Very sharp and so perfect for Fall!

I agree - and that Nat Kaplan did nice work. I wish I could find out something about this label, but I haven't had any success
