Hi Everyone,
I have no idea what this is or if it is modern or not.
I have tried looking up the motto on the buttons and it looks like Clan Na Gael Onna Crelle which I think has something to do with the Irish Republicans....The jacket and vest look just like the "national dress of Scotland"
Any thoughts?
