Help with dating another peasant blouse

I've not seen and can't find another one like this with the floral print and button-up front. It's made of cotton voile (batiste?) which feels to be 100% cotton, not cotton-poly. Thread burn tests as cotton. Buttons are clear plastic. Serged seams and edges. No label.

I'm thinking maybe 60s?? Any help confirming or correcting most welcome.

So cute... and so hard to date!
My knee-jerk reaction was 60s or 70s. That style of machine-smocking was commonly seen then.
I'm looking forward to seeing what others think.

Yes I was thinking also maybe 70s as the printed floral pattern looks 70s to me.
