Help with dating cotton plaid work / day dress

Hi - Can anyone help me date this cotton plaid work or day dress?
It used to have a pocket at the right upper hip area and godet seams were added to the sides of hem.
Side sashes for tie back and button closures center back.
Any help would be appreciated!
