I was gifted this belt after both my grandparents passed (local antique dealers). I know nothing about it and, as far as I can tell, there's no identifying marks. I think the metal is brass and the blue beads / black ovals are glass. The flowers are etched so I'm thinking its handmade?... Any ideas on how old it could be? It's so pretty and I'd love to learn more about it. Thank you for your help!
