Help with hat dating

I remain pretty clueless about hats. I bought this for myself so it's mainly curiosity and an attempt to get better at hat dating. Thanks in advance!

By the way if it's hard to read in the photo the stamp on the inside reads "finest imported furfelt, Tchécoslovaquie". There are no other marks or labels.

The hat style is so classic it could be from the 1960s to the 1990s or even newer. It is a good quality hat, I can say that, as it is made from imported fur-felt and not the cheaper wool felt. The only clue to dating might be the flower. If it is original to the hat, I might place this in the later 1980s to 1990s or newer. Nice Czech felt hat!
