Help with Hermes ID Please

Hello Oh Wise Ones!

Can someone please help me date this skirt?

The label says Hermes Paris "Boutique Sport" and stamped on the belt are the words "Hermes Paris".

Any additional info like retail value or where this line falls within the Hermes empire would be very helpful.

I'm confused about the belt. Is it attached? What's the other chain that appears to be hanging from the waistband inside? It looks like the skirt is a partial wrap front?

This one looks to me like a late 70s resort wear, but I have not seen that exact label.

The chains are sewn into the inside lining. I think they are used to hang the skirt from a hanger?
The belt is attached and is used to close the skirt. The skirt is a full wrap.

Hope this helps. So you think it might be from the 70's?

I was thinking 80's, but if you think late 70's I'll be fine with that! It's really such a timeless design...I wish so much that I could fit my booty into it, but alas, it's not to be. Better for my wallet this way, anyhow!

I've really had no success at all in finding out about that particular label...
If anyone out there knows anything about Hermes "Boutique Sport" I'd love the info!

I think the boutique sport label was a precursor to the 'Hermes Sport' range. Pretty sure it was replaced by that but uncertain as to when. I'd guess at 70s as have seen a couple of 70s items which are Hermes Sport range.


Edit: Ops! Just realised this is a thread from 2010, i'm trying to research the Hermes sport range at the mo, and did a search of the forums.
