Help with Paciotti heels

So today i found a pair of cesare paciotti heels in my mother’s attic, unfortunately the fastener of one shoe is missing. Can anybody tell me what they are called and from which year they are? And if there is any possibility to replace the fastener?

They are late 90s - early 2000s - the blade heel (thick across the back, thin profile) is typical of that era. They are essentially closed toe sandals, or pumps with open heels and strap closures - speaking of which, good luck with finding a replacement. You will have to find some imaginative alternative...
