Help with shoe dating - De Carlo

    I was only able to find one other pair of shoes with this mark, which were attributed to 1960s. 60s or 70s would be my guess but I know next to nothing about shoes...thanks in advance.

    first impression is 1970s, but let's see what others have to say. they may be earlier...

    The width notation appears to be AA (at least I assume that's what the 2A written on the inside of the strap means). I found another thread somewhere in here that said that the width system changed over to NMW in the 70s, so I wonder if that's a clue in dating them?
