Help with this Comme des Garcons label and coat dating

Hi all!

I've been trying to research this exact coat but I haven't had any luck looking at archived fashion shows. The closest I can come to date the label is 1994-2001. It's a great piece! Does anyone have an idea of dating? Deep sapphire blue velvet, lined in muslin.

Hi, i'm going to suggest the1994 collection as a potential year as there seemed to be some similar deep blue velvet on the catwalk...

I had a couple of the knot pieces from the 2008 collection and the season/year was on the reverse of the care label. Unsure when they began doing this but worth a double check.
