How to keep track at a yard sale?

In a month, I'll be joining a "yard sale" event in my town. As everyone else, I'll be selling regular normal things, but I also want to have a clothing rack with only the vintage/retro items I sell on my webshop (and promote my webshop that way).

I'm kinda looking for a smart and easy way to keep track of the items I sell at the event, so I later can go back on the website and remove the items. The only way I can think of, is make an excel with pictures of all the items I'll be bringing, print it and cross over every item I sell.
Is there a better more efficient way to do this?
Thank you in advance :-)

I think @Vintagiality 's idea is a good one.

If you don't want to make tags with an identifying number or identifying information, you can just keep a list on-the-spot. What I do when I take items that I have for sale online to an in-person selling event is just bring a small notepad and jot down what sells and for how much, for example, "floral Laura Ashley dress $25" or "ls [long-sleeve] red t-shirt $15." You can come up with a shorthand, for example "D" is "dress," "T" is "t-shirt," etc. You could combine that with taking photos or a video of the clothes you have on your rack to ensure you know which Laura Ashley dress or red t-shirt if you have items with similar descriptions on your website. I've done the pre-filled spreadsheet method, too, and it's more work.

Not sure how you keep track of items on your website but if they have any identifying number I would just attach a tag with that number on the clothes you are planning to bring. Then as each item sells, just collect those tags.
That was my first thought, but unfortunately, I actually don't keep track on my website with an ID number.. I definitely should, but it I need a lot of time to put an ID number on over 500 items! And I'm not sure I'll be able to do it before the event :-( But thank you for your idea still!
