I need help with this garment

    Hello I have searched everywhere to find information on this house dress and designer.There is no other tags on it besides the label name Kathie Keeler

    The last name is Keller, not Keeler.
    It's quite possible that "Kathie Keller" is the name of a company, and not actually a designer/individual.
    My guess is vintage 1990s.

    Kathie Keller was a SoHo boutique which sold western ware constructed from silk scarves. Appears to have been in existence since at least 1974 though your dress is newer than that, I would also say 90 but could be a bit earlier
