recently took a chance and bought these black lace items look really nice. I was told they were around 1820s would still light them if not but be better if they were. Looked through some books to id how they were made but to no avail
I'm not an expert (but am improving my knowledge and ability to identify lace). There are many bobbin varieties of lace that look similar: Mechlin, blonde, lille, as well as decorated net laces that are embroidered (tamboured) or needlerun. From what I can see, the yardage you have is machine made, as is the collar, and neither are early or rare. The stoles or flounces are the best things. I believe the best one is with the leaves and is Chantilly, but none look as early as the 1820s to me - most likely mid 19th century.
