Hi I'm hoping someone can help I'm looking to find out any information on this jacket/dress and if the numbers on the labels mean anything I've been looking and can't seem to find anything on it any help very much appreciated

Thanks would you know what year this may have been released and do numbers 469207 relate to anything. Is there much of a resale market?
