Is it possible to steam an antique 1920s silk crepe dress to get rid of wrinkles? The dress is in great condition but it’s still a delicate fabric.

Me too. You do have to be careful to avoid spitting.

I have steamed mine as well. I usually steam on inside and I also have a cotton cover for my steamer to help prevent any spitting from the steamer. Gorgeous dress!
