Is there a name for this?

    I've got a 50's dress with these sheer panels hanging from the back waist but cannot think of what they are called. Watteau is not quite right, is it?

    Chiffon swags? Flying chiffon panels?

    I just find some listed like this- it's a "train". I know I knew this but couldn't think of the word, lol.

    Trains are floor length (wedding dresses are the best examples) so this wouldn't be a train.
