Is this a peter max print on this shirt?

Or just inspired by 1970s novelty tank. I see no signature on the shirt and one of the labels have been torn off so I'm left with questions lol. It's super cool regardless but would be cooler if it were peter max

It is super cool, and I'd say it's Peter Max-inspired. I haven't researched the print, but it doesn't *quite* look like his work.
