Is this fabric vintage? If so, what is the era? Would it be classified as a novelty print? It is corduroy.

It looks like the sort of thing you would make children's clothes out of - 70s - 80s?

I thought the colour scheme very 80's too. late 70's to 80's was very popular for corduroy garments.
