No she didn't say, it was one of those dark little places, it's closed now, oh well it's still a cute purse, my kid will love it

I'm sorry you are disappointed.

It looks to me like a novelty touristy bag or even one for kids...the zip pull may have been added later. The zip itself is nylon so it could be a late 80s at best. AT worst it a pretty beaded novelty purse from the 90's ..if you like it thats fine if not,sell it on as a novelty purse.Its easy to get confused on these purses.
