Jaeger skirt....very retro but needs a date

I love this Jaeger skirt. It's a heavy cotton, lined, and has a wide velcro closure. I'm stumped as to the date. The fabric is very retro, but the velcro has thrown me. Ideas? Thanks.

This reminds me of something Mary Tyler Moore would have worn on one of her shows. Maybe worn with a ribbed knit turtleneck in biege or light brown and with a gold chain, and boots I think, not shoes.

I'm guessing very late 70s- early 80s.

Hmmm, but then there's that velcro!?

I'm with Kat....late 70s, early 80s. Velcro seemed to be
quite popular at this time for closures.

Very cute, look great with a small tee and wide belt.
