Thank you, Claire. That was a long long obit! And a good read. Oddly, I had thought he passed away several years ago.

Thanks, Claire - I hadn't noticed the obituary yesterday, either. In the "small world" department, the co-author of the book, "Faking It" that Kenneth J. Lane wrote is the same Harrice Miller that I mentioned yesterday. (I bought a piece of Ann Miller's jewelry from her.)

I just looked through my personal jewelry and I have two pairs of Kenneth Lane earrings that are vintage now but weren't when I bought them!

I hadn't heard the news of KJL's demise. I, too, have some early pieces of his work that I have always enjoyed wearing.
