I would like to know what kind of fur this is, and around the year. If maker is known it would be great. Thank you and God bless

From a 2018 post by our resident fur expert, VFG member Caryn @furwise "The fur label authority label and the number on it would not help in determining who the maker was. It was used to ascertain that fur garments were made under fair labor standards and complied with the fur products labeling act.

Fur traders sometimes created and used fictitious names which sometimes mislead consumers who thought they were buying one fur type when they were really buying another. The fur products labeling act prevented them from being able to do so."

Hi there,
What MagsRags shared, the fur is pieced mink, and I’d date it to the to latter half of the 60s.

That’s an interesting term. I do understand.
I see. You have to face the fact mist of us gave curves, not flatline silhouette!
