Label Identification: Elegant Dresses by Carmen

    Looking for any info on this label. The dress is from the mid to late 60s (nylon zipper). Thanks!

    I didn't find anything about your label by doing a search for "Elegant Dresses by Carmen" - but because it looks to me like it is from the Philippines I did a search for Angeles City and discovered that Clark Air Force Base is located in Angeles City.

    Your dress is from the Philippines, and is probably from the late '60s/early '70s during the Vietnam War. The label looks earlier but the style looks late '60s- early '70s.
