Ladies Cashmere Coat - 20s/30s/40s can't tell

Found this gorgeous "100% Chinese Cashmere" coat at the thrift store. Anyone know the era? The two tags shown are the only labels or tags in the garment. Very hard to tell button material... could be some sort of resin or plasticky material. Or even bone. Inner lining feels like silk.

I see 50s too and lovely! Are there hooks under the fur collar so it can be worn up around the neck? There is a term for that but I can't remember what it is!

I think it’s called something like a wedding ring collar if the two ends meet and have a hook, but I’m not sure.
