Late 70s early 80s? lamb leather skirt?

Hi Everyone, can't quite decide where to put this in the 70s 80s range or am I way off and it's more modern?

I think it is 70s, I have a lot of items made in France with that long label.

The shape of the skirt looks more 70s to me.
