Levi's - Never seen this label before

I work in a charity shop and this jacket has come in. At first glance I thought it was fake as the label isnt the normal label. Then upon noticing the details on the button, and the little red levi tag, I started questioning whether it is real and very vintage.
There is no lining in the jacket, and it isn't denim like I'd expect from Levi's.
Can anyone shed some light on the authenticity of this and perhaps date it, if it is vintage?

Surely a modern jacket, but little alarm bells are ringing as regards it's true authenticity - so definitely worth closer scrutiny there. Maybe it was Levi's trying to be retro, but, as the woman who once bought her husband a 'Ralph Klein' shirt in Turkey just for the hell of it and has the misfortune to work in the garment production industry, it truly is a murky old world out there!

It could be a modern Levi's doing a retro line, I agree. I'd check the quality of stitching and lining etc. Tons of brands do a vintage or retro line with older patterns in modern fabrics. Also I see some small rivets next to the pockets, check those for Levi stamps. It does look like the internal seams are incased, which would be a sign of a garment having more details and therefor higher quality but check the stitching again on those. VFG does not authenticate items. Best, Gem
