I would love to find this vintage dress I saw on an old episode of Mork and Mindy or at least find the designer's name.You can only see the top of it in this pic. I had a tiered skirt,70s style,made by the same designer.I would love to at least find the brand name--which will help me in my search.Thanks!

That's so funny! I was just watching Mork & Mindy the other day and she was wearing a similar dress and I told my husband..."I could sell dresses like that all day long"! He did not understand at all
