80s probably... I think it's on your mannequin backwards though? I remember those type of blouses from the 80s having that closure in the back not front. Unless there are darts that I'm not seeing... Know what I mean?
I just went by the orientation of the tag, which is situated under the actual cross front/back. It’s pretty versatile and not itchy so I suppose it could be worn both ways?
