Looking for lots of damaged designer clothes for repurposing

I am a repurposing hobbyist and there is an item I would like to look into producing. Where do i find damaged designer lots?
 
I really like some of the repurposed garments I have see recently. I'm not sure why you need damaged "designer" lots to repurpose, If you go to eBay or wherever else you look for vintage and include the words "as is," or "cutter," in the search line you're sure to find some nice less expensive pieces that can be repurposed. Personally I am always tempted by the vintage cutter tablecloths.
