Morris is an outside cat that came to our door early last winter. When he first came, he would not let anyone pet him and I never heard him purr. Now look at him. Walked outside and saw him in the little bed I left for him. Ran upstairs to get my camera. Here he is just waking up.

And here he is hamming it up..

KITTY!! :love008:

Nice kitty!

I wish I wasn't allergic to them. I miss my widdle kiddie Walph....er, I mean Ralph.

Although, I am still at my my dad's right now, which means - now that I think about it - Ralph is upstairs in a little box. :sniff:

He wasn't an orange cat, though. Why do orange cats get so BIG? My friends in NYC have an orange cat that is H-U-G-E! He looks like he swallowed a big balloon.

Hello, while we are talking cats, I thought I would show you a picture of my Tallulah, who developed a fixation for my wheelchair, which until recently I was using after a car accident! I had to fight her for it most of the time, Now it's all hers! ;)

Morris is getting a little chunky right now. He is probably doing that to get ready for winter. Course, I don't skimp on feeding him and the neighbor loves cats and always makes a special bowl for Morris if he wants it. He is spoiled!

Tallulah is gorgeous! Isn't it funny the places they like? What type of cat is she?

Aww Morris and Tallulah are gorgeous! I am suck a sucker for cats - I have six right now!:BAGUSE: A year and a half ago I only had one, my 11 year old Rocko and then I found Padme on the road - I don't know if you remember the rescue cat I posted about last August? She is almost a year and a half old now, but before we could get her spayed didn't she get out and get herself pregnant and produce 4 babies!

Padme and her kittens when they were one day old :-

Linda, I just couldn't bear to part with them! We have a big garden and lots of fields around us and we are far from the main road so there is plenty of room and they can go outside when they are bigger. There are 3 boys and one girl, left to right I called them Bash, Billy, Leia and Neo (he was the first born). Ah yes it is just like cats to escape too and Padme is a real escape artist! She climbed up a ladder and squeezed out a hole in the roof when we were getting renovations done. That is her in one of those thin Converse shoe boxes too, I'd just set it down for a moment and she squeezed into it!

If you have plenty of room, I think that is a perfect situation. I love kitties. We have lots that roam in the neighborhood.

I have one more, too, that is an inside/outside cat. A female named Tabbie. (She also showed up on my doorstep several years ago so thin you could see every bone in her little body.) She wouldn't go out this summer because she was scared of Morris. He would swat her when she went by.

Now, since weather is getting cooler she wants to go outside (go figure) and she and Morris are getting to be buddies.

Let's take Christmas pictures of our cats and show them off this year!

Oh we must! Padme spent most of last year in the Christmas tree. Rocko is not so much interested these days, but in his day he used to be a master Christmas tree climber and toppler! It is just as well, though, because he is a big cat like your Morris if he climbed it now I don't think there would be much left!
