My favorite bag EVER - 3 purses in one!

It took me awhile to figure out that this 50's purse was not just a black patent purse, but rather a purse with a reversible exteriors - sort of like the Bermuda bags of the 70's!

I'm glad I did sort it out, though it made it MUCH harder to put up on the auction black.

I just listed a 50's/60's purse like yours, with a reversible snap-on cover. Pretty cool to have 3 looks in one--and great to take on a trip, I would think, since it would go with everything!

Isn't someone manufacturing something similar again? I feel like I have seen them somewhere . . . .

Oooohhh I love yours with the black and white!

My friend had something similar from the 70's. It was basically a long tube with a seam in the center and a handle on either side of the tube. It was brilliant.
