It has a black velvet LBD to go with it, but the dress needs some restoration. The jacket is fabulous black velvet with beautiful trim. I love it!

Didn't someone have this label before? or am i thinking Young Somethingorotherelse?

Young Edwardian is the only Young Somethingerother I have seen before but Best & Company is a very good label, too.

I am not going to split them up. I am going to try and fix the dress. Has a seam split all the way down the back, but since its on the seam (at the side of the zipper, it can be fixed.

Maybe I am thinking about Youth something or other. Maybe Youth Guild....I am wondering if it is an in house name used by Best &Co for their juniors or the things that were a more figure conscious trendy cut.
 
I've had several Best & Co labels (not Young Cosmopolitan though) and
everything has always been high quality.

I remember seeing the name before in researching some other company...someone bought them at some point but i will have to remember!!! (Best & Co). Another thing that will pop into my head at 3:00 am...
