Thank you Lizzie for the wonderful review. I don't get a lot of official reviews because my books fall between the non-fiction genres that get the most attention - academic tomes and designer coffee table books.
I do have copies available that I can sign and send out. Shipping is a shock though... I can sell the book for $30.00 but I have to charge $15.00 for shipping within Canada and $25.00 for shipping to the U.S., I will have to check for other international destinations but I think it would be around $45.00 for England and Europe and $55.00 for Australia
