We can't add amazon.ca to the existing bookstore (I'd have to set up a whole new bookstore for Canada), but you can buy through the VFG affiliated amazon.ca link - go through the Amazon Canada link on the menus at the top of the forums, or on the Ways to Say Thank You page, then just search for Jonathan's book.

I will be looking forward to purchasing your latest, Jonathan! I've really enjoyed your book on 1940's fashions. Congratulations!
I ordered the book on Amazon as soon as it was out and got it sometime in December - I was just too busy then to write, but I've read the better part of it already and it's just amazing. I've nothing else that goes through 60s fashion in so much detail! This is one of those books that I can just dive into and lose myself in for a few hours .
