Need for information on this Hermes Riding Coat

I was hoping to get your expertise and see if anyone has any information on this lovely piece from Hermes.

Like to know the materials. The trim is leather and the fabric is perhaps Wool and cashmere blend.
The buttons are a type of leather and the logo on the button is a type of metal.

Love to know the decade this was and any history and info.

That label isn't in our label resource and I don't have much knowledge on it. I would have dated it to the 80s but hopefully someone will come along with more information. I love it and would totally wear that!

This is a tough one as this is more of a classic design, not so much an item that has to be fashionable. I see items labelled as Département d'Equitation in online auctions and on Ebay, a lot of them undated, some dated back to the 1980s, and references to a handbag called Evelyne which was designed by a designer of the same name who was apparently head of that department in 1978.
