Need help autenticating and pricing

I thrifted this sweatshirt today, not sure if its authentic but looks vintage to me, i would like to ask community is its legit and whats it estimated price?

It looks 1990 to me. But what are the cuffs like? Single stitched? No labels at all?

I think it's really from 1990. A little looking around the web shows some reproductions though of t-shirts with this graphic. Didn't see any sweatshirts. If it's a fake someone faked it really well on an old blank. Maybe @northstarvintage will chime in?
