Need help dating Big E levis

What are the date on these? Are these the real deal? Found these at the bins & I'm not very knowledgeable with TRUE vintage so any information would be appreciated!!

The diagonal side seem make me think these are from the remake line, so that makes them modern. Which is better than that patch being attached to older jeans that are not in the 60s - 70s style.

Hi - did you get any real id on these? Do they have a waist patch? That’s the best way to id them, along with the label inside.
