Need help dating wool shirt!

Can anyone help me date this mens wool chin strap work shirt? Im not familiar with these and can't figure out if its the real deal or a repro... are they the correct seams?

What is the tag in the neck? It looks like what my Dad wore hunting in the 50s. But the tag should be a good clue.

Thanks for info! I posted a photo above of the tag inside the neck.
The wool feels old and union tag looks correct inside, but Im not an expert on this kind of stuff.

<- Also my favorite sweater , it has bulldozers or snowplows on it!
