Need Help Dating

I have already posted this in another thread, although I would like a little more help. I bought this top not necessarily for resale. I just thought it was very unique and am hoping to find out a little bit more about it. It has no label but is very well made. It is lined with a silk/rayon type material(materials are not my specialty.) Any oppions would be great.

This is really cute--I love the beading! I can see it over a tight high-waisted mini skirt as well as over a sheath dress.
