Need help identifying 80-90s viscosa sweater with embroidery&application

Curious to know if anyone can provide more information about this item I thrifted. It has only one tag with limited data.

It's very voluminous, with lots of embroidery/applications. I think it looks 80s-90s, but maybe I'm wrong?? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
