They are 100% cotton, my guess based on the weave is twill?
Need help identifying the cotton "type" of these trousers

The fabric has a diagonal ribbing typical of a twill weave so yea would say its cotton twill
It's tricky to tell: Is the twill left- or right-hand? In other words, is the diagonal going up to the right or the left?
