Need help with ID of a Ribbon Fabric Please

    Hi everyone,

    I'm a bit stumped on what to call this lovely green and ribbon fabric. Can anyone offer suggestions? Feels sort of like acetate.

    the background that the ribbon is sewn on looks like faille, sort of, doesn't it?
