Need helping identifying if this skirt is vintage or not

Hi!
I went to a charity shop a while ago and found a cute skirt. I never got the chance to wear it cause i gained weight and can’t fit anymore ahah. I was cleaning out my wardrobe and found it again and was curious.
There’s no brand labels or anything identifying apart from a metal zipper on the front which says AERO.
Another fabric label on it says it’s made of real leather and it says it’s made in England.
Would appreciate help if anyone could clarify if it is in fact a vintage piece and identify it or if it’s just a random skirt! Thank you!

Very cute skirt, the styling looks late 60s or early 70s to me but I am uncertain about the care label. Perhaps someone here who may be more knowledgeable about garments from the UK will recognize that care label.

I've seen similar care labels on 70s leather wear here in England, so agree with everyone's dating.

I would say 70's, maybe early 70's. I used to buy 70's skirts like this from the vintage market in portobello as a teenager.
