Nell New York Hat

I recently acquired a few hats and would like to date them and obtain information on the designer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The first hat is a woven navy blue hat with a velvet bow on top and velvet throughout the netting. The label is Nell New York in orange and black embroidery.

That is cute! All the Nell hats I have come across had that same label, and all were from the late 1950s to early 1960s.
