Newb's first thrift store finds

Hey all! I am extremely new to this vintage wave and wanted to share my first thrift store scores.

The first is a Hubert Latimer dress. I'm thinking late 70's? My second is a 1980's North Beach Leather Jacket. Love the leopard print!

According to this thread the Hubert Latimer label was only existence from 1977 - 1979

Great leather jacket. It is one of those jackets that looks great on a person. I think it is 1980's late.
