It came from an estate of a wild woman! :) I found out later she was a burlesque dancer in the 30's. She traveled all over the world and purchased clothing wherever she went.

This is the same estate that I purchased the fortuny gown from.

Tif, I've been watching your dress too, it's #1 on eBay pulse and it's absolutely fabulous. As we all know, the buyers are waiting until the end to place bids so your dress will probably get some major action then.
I had a dress ending yesterday where it sat at $35.00 until the very end with minutes to go when it jumped up to $162.50, I was shocked to say the least as I did not expect that price with that dress, now yours is another story.

I have a pair of peep toe shoes that finally made the pulse last night, but the bids are still low.

Good luck, I know it will do well, extremely well.
