We are featuring a stunning opera cloak (photos attached below) in our shop and for sale in our online venue as well. We are reasonably certain that it dates from the early 1920's or before. It does bare a label which clearly reads: Lyse Berchon, Paris, 5 rue de Castiglione.
Though we have searched exhaustively and while this person/ atelier had noteworthy neighbors such as Patou, we have yet to discover who Lyse Berchon was. Could you give us some additional insight as to who the maker of this exquisite garment was?
