Hi Maria and welcome to the forums. Hard thing to date as these styles aren't affected much by fashion. Any other labels perchance? Down the side seams, inside pockets perhaps? They will help a lot. Other elements that will help: fabric content (cotton, nylon??), zipper brand and style of pull. You've probably seen this but Orvis has been going since 1856. They probably commissioned the jackets for their retail customers.
