Oscar Valentino?

Hi!
I am hoping to get some information about this jacket. It has a bit of a back story. It was gifted to me around 7 years ago by a woman who was a model in Italy. She claimed that this piece was custom made for her around the 1980's. I don't know the legitimacy of that claim but i have been searching online for months trying to find any information about it, or the designer. Im coming up short every time i look! If anyone can help me i would be so very grateful!

Hi, apparently Oscar Valentino is a brand that still exists, I found it online, it apparently makes men's shirts.

it lists a woman's shirt, from the '70s and the label - if you zoom you can see it quite well, looks almost like the one of your jacket.

It's a beautiful jacket, but a care label like this points at it having been factory-made, not custom made. Maybe the previous owner had it altered in some way by someone else to fit her? Does it have shoulder pads?
