Plastic hand Bag

Hi Members,
Thank you once again, I have a question regarding a plastic hand bag my mother acquired during the 1980’s. White leather strap, plastic handle with pearl like finish. Bag is plastic with rik rak inlay in gold and black. Any information regarding a date and designer would be appreciated. No label. Purchased in Australia from an Op shop.
